REVOLUTIONARY TECHNIQUES AT FUEGENIX
Step into a New Era of Hair Restoration
Hair transplantation at FueGenix Hair Clinic is more than a procedure; it is an artistic transformation, carried out with the most advanced techniques by experienced specialists.
What is a Hair Transplant? A hair transplant is a surgical procedure in which hair follicles are moved from a 'donor' location to a bald area, known as the 'recipient' location. This technique is primarily used to address androgenetic alopecia, or male pattern baldness.
This minimally invasive method moves hair follicles that are resistant to baldness (such as those from the back of the head) to the bald scalp. It is also used to restore eyelashes, eyebrows, beard hair and fill scars from accidents or previous surgeries.
Modern hair transplantation mimics natural hair growth by transplanting follicles into their original groupings, providing a natural appearance and orientation of the hairline.
Treatment journey at FueGenix
Before we start hair loss treatment, a one-on-one meeting will take place to discuss your specific wishes and expectations. This conversation is with the doctor who will carry out your treatment, not with a consultant. This way you can ask all your questions and get direct answers from the expert.
Treatment day
On the day of treatment, individual grafts are carefully removed from the donor area and transplanted naturally to areas with thinning hair. The sessions are designed to be completed within one day, with maximum accuracy and attention to detail. This ensures optimal growth quality of the new hair.
Critical Recovery Period (Day 1-3)
We advise you to rest during the first three days after the treatment. It is important to avoid activities such as vigorous exercise, swimming and wearing tight headgear as this period is crucial for hair follicle recovery. Please see our aftercare FAQ for more detailed information
Recovery period (Day 4-10)
We offer an extensive aftercare plan in the first 14 days after treatment. It is important that you follow this plan for effective recovery and rest. From the fourth to the ninth day, follow our washing instructions to minimize scabbing and swelling. The donor area recovers and the transplant area calms down.
Day 11 - 14
From day 11, both the transplant area and the donor area no longer require any special treatment. We do recommend that you be careful when scrubbing the transplant area, especially if scabs are still present. These will disappear on their own.
12-Month Control
One year after the treatment, we discuss the final results together. If you would like an earlier review before the full 12 months, we are always happy to help. However, the full results cannot be thoroughly assessed until after the 12 month period.
